why should i emote attribute?

those that commission custom emotes, or use my pre-made emotes from my shop, have the ability to "attribute" my emotes to my twitch username.this allows people to see who made the emote, and links them to me! this also contributes to my personal emote artist statistics on twitch! i can see things such as...✦ how many emotes were attributed/credited to me on twitch
✦ how many times my emotes that are attributed to me were used totally
✦ which specific emotes that are attributed to me were used the most
✦ how many channels my art is present in
✦ generally, i can see cool statistics related to my emotes!as a growing artist who started from square 1, it's really cool to be able to see these statistics. by attributing my emotes on your channel to my username, it reflects those statistics more accurately.

additional fees to be aware of

there can be some fees with certain requests. aside from commercial fees, this includes...rush fees (+50%)
⋆ for last minute commissions that require a bypass of my waitlist, a fee of 50% will be charged and your commission will be completed ASAP. if i am not able to rush your commission in time, i will let you know before i start.
⋆ please know that for license commissions, i do not take rush fees to avoid overload.portfolio / twitch privacy fee (+100%, +50%) or (+fixed amount)
⋆ for portfolio privacy, posting my work to my portfolio helps showcase my growth, so if indefinite portfolio privacy is requested, there is a fee of 100% the price of your commission, and it will be treated similarly to a NDA.⋆ for twitch privacy, beginning summer of 2025, i will start streaming art and DBD on twitch! your commission may be completed or worked on during my streams unless you pay a fee of 50% the price of your commission, or a fixed amount if specified.I only go off of what is requested for and paid. Incase of any mistakes or weird form submissions, I will ask to double check, but I do not assume that if you want Twitch privacy, you're also implying portfolio privacy, and vice versa⋆ what if i submitted a request / paid for my commission before you updated your Twitch privacy policy?A: please disregard the Twitch privacy fee! for ALL commission requests submitted prior to May 1st, 2025, I will not be charging a Twitch fee, and will be reaching out one by one to ask for permission to stream your commission! If you are one of those people who submitted prior to May 1st, 2025, and wish to not have your commission streamed, then I won't be charging a Twitch privacy fee. "active & paid" meaning that i have collected payment and am actively working on them.i do not claim any rights to characters & all other intellectual properties used in commissioned artwork. i do a lot of game-based art, but i only claim original characters created by me.

my commissions involve open communication and require approval✦ REQUEST: a commission request is submitted to me, and you provide sufficient reference pictures or a detailed description of what you want✦ INVOICE: when it is your turn in my queue, you will be invoiced. you will be emailed a personal, secure payment link & all you need to do is click it and pay, no sign-up required✦ SKETCH PHASE: i will send you a rough or posing sketch if it is required, and then a clean sketch with details after you approve the rough sketching. you may make any changes you'd like in this entire phase✦ LINE & COLOR PHASE: to move to this phase, i will need your complete approval. i do not accept refunds past this point, and i won't do major changes past this point as well. you are allowed to make color/minor changes✦ DELIVERY: your art will be delivered through vgen. i usually deliver a dropbox link for larger requests

delivery time + rushing

i am a full-time student, not a full-time artist. delivery time can vary greatly. i can get certain projects done quickly, and other projects might take up to ~2+ weeks depending on what it is and how much IRL demands & commission demands i have in general.on vgen, i have the option to set a "guaranteed delivery date" that you can see, and this date will be personal to your commission. i like to give myself cushion time, but i aim to finish before that set date.if you'd like to rush your commission, please check my waitlist below (rush fees apply if applicable)

due to the current demand for DBD driver's licenses, for every 4-6 invoiced license commissions, i will take in a few of the other commissions of everything else i have a queue for as well. so for every 4-6 licenses, i will take in a PFP commission, some emote commissions, etc as well

⋆ how does trello work? it looks confusing

trello is a board that allows me to drag and drop name cards into columns. whichever specified column your username is under indicates the status of your commission. you can also click on your namecard to see more specific checkmarks if i have added them.

⋆ why are there multiple waitlists?

if there is a large demand for a certain commission type, it will receive its own waitlist or section of a waitlist. for DBD license commissions, that will be a waitlist of its own. however, anyone at the top of each waitlist/section will be taken in my next commission rotation together.
ex: people at the top of the DBD license waitlist will be invoiced at the same time as the person at the top of my emotes waitlist. these commissions will be done in the same rotation.

⋆ what are all these colors i'm seeing on here?

trello allows me to assign colored labels to each name card. this is mainly for my own tracking and organization, but you can click on the colors to show what they mean. i usually label colors for commercial commissions, commissions that have been paid/unpaid, etc.

⋆ i'm on the waitlist! how long will it take for you to get to me?

i will invoice you as soon as i'm ready to do your commission. when i invoice a commissioner, it implies that i'm fully prepared to start the commission soon. i do not book ahead in advance, or operate my waitlist based off reserved slots for each month, so there is no solid timeframe.currently, i have 20+ people waiting on licenses alone. i am a student, so getting through the entire queue for licenses could take over a month. please know, i do not take rush fees for licenses, this is so i don't overload myself rushing licenses alongside my other commissions in progress. if you have any specific dates you need the license by, i can give you a time estimate if you reach out to me.

refund policy

for illustrations or emotes that are sketched, lined, colored, then rendered/finalized and animated, i will not accept refunds once the linework phase has begun.for the linework phase to have begun, you, as the commissioner, will have had to approve it.for sketch style commissions, i will not accept refunds at allif i can't do or finish your commission for some reason, i will fully refund you.it is your financial responsibility in deciding to commission me, and it is my artistic responsibility to deliver you your art! ₍ᐢ._.ᐢ₎♡ ༘
